Welcome to Pureframelabs (the "Application"). By accessing or using this Application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

1. Use of Services

The Application provides utility access to public land records, map sheets, ready reckoner rates, and digital copy retrieval services for Maharashtra. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and make payments.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and mobile OTP confidential.
• All information you provide during signup and document search must be accurate and truthful.

2. Payments and Refunds

Certain digital document features in the Application require a payment. Payments are securely processed through our partner gateway, Razorpay.

• You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account at the rates in effect when charges are authorized.
• If a document request fails to process or encounters a system error, an automatic refund is initiated to your original payment method via Razorpay.
• Successfully completed and delivered digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered to your account.

3. Disclaimer of Affiliation & Sources of Public Information

Pureframelabs is an independent service facilitation platform developed by Pureframe Labs Pvt. Ltd.

• The Application is NOT an official government agency and is NOT affiliated with, operated by, or endorsed by the Department of Revenue, Land Records Department, or any government authority of Maharashtra or India.
• All public land records and map details presented in the app are retrieved from publicly available government portals for user convenience:
  • Mahabhulekh (7/12 & 8A Extracts): https://bhulekh.mahabhumi.gov.in
  • Mahabhunaksha (Map Sheets): https://mahabhunaksha.mahabhumi.gov.in
  • e-Records (Archival Records): https://erecords.mahabhumi.gov.in
  • MahaRERA: https://maharera.mahaonline.gov.in
• We do not modify public government database records. Users seeking certified paper copies for litigation or legal disputes should obtain them directly from authorized local revenue offices.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pureframe Labs Pvt. Ltd. and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application, network downtime, or inaccuracies in GPS boundary measurement calculations.

5. Account & Data Deletion

Users have the right to request deletion of their account and all personal data at any time. Account deletion can be performed directly inside the Mobile App Profile Screen or via our web portal at https://landapp.pureframelabs.in/static/delete-account.html.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Application at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe your conduct violates applicable laws or these Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
